“Only those who risk going too far can possibly find out how far they can go.” - T. S. Elliot

“If one is to choose the void or it could be coined “The unreasonable life”, then they must accept the lows from the start. They ought also to know this life brings the greatest highs as well, perfectly balancing as to not betray the laws of nature. Only the unreasonable ones change the world, but to embrace this fate is to war against the grain from the very start. More often than not, it is not so much a pursuit of doing this rather than it is the pursuit of a new way of seeing things or living, a consistent reimagining of society. Living in the void requires a special kind of madness, one that constantly brings into question all of silence and nothingness as to create something therefrom.

The true creative journey leaves one often foremost naked and defenseless before all else, the understanding that the anxiety is a gift, a form of seeing that which is unseen is a remedy for the artist. The goal is to take such a vision to the world in hopes of bringing sight, perhaps the artist is first and foremost responsible for seeing all that which the masses of the world refuses to and making them see. Here in the void, one finds a light that always leads, first and foremost away from the rest of mankind and then back to it in hopes of healing.

Naturally one is met with misunderstanding, ridicule and disapproval before all else, this too is par for the course. In light of the darkest and coldest nights, new revelations, visions and ideas keep the artist warm and aflame. In time these thoughts, ideas and creations come to be accepted, ushering in change to the world and perhaps even celebration of the artist themselves. The artist returns to the void dissatisfied, yesterdays work being cast aside as nothing today, a new vision awaits and a heavier burden along with it, to transcribe a feeling not yet communicated in a way only they can; in hopes that vision changes the world the same way it changes them.”
